Please note, a questionnaire must be completed for each household member 18 years old and older. You may print additional questionnaires for each household member who are 18 years or older from the “Get Questionnaire” button below.

Basic Application Requirements

  • Original Social Security Cards (no copies) for all members of the household
  • Original, valid state issued photo ID (no copies) for each adult 18+
  • Original birth certificates (no copies) for all members 17 and under
  • 6 consecutive pay stubs from place of employment (if working)
  • Benefit Award letter (if receiving) for SSI [Supplemental Security Income] , Social Security and/or SSD [Social Security Disability], any pensions, etc.
  • 6 months of consecutive statements for each account + current ledger for any non-monthly account with historical information, if possible, and current interest, if applicable (Account types: IRAs, 401Ks, etc)
  • IF SELLING OR CURRENTLY OWN A HOME:  copy of current accessors value or printout of market value + copy of current mortgage value with most recent payment + copy of listing (if for sale)
  • Proof of Child Support [Court Order + print out of benefits], if receiving OR previously ordered but not receiving
  • Proof of Alimony [Court Order], if currently receiving
  • Proof of Bankruptcy Discharge (if applicant has declared and discharged fully within the past 7-10 years)
  • ANY ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS WILL BE NOTED AT THE TIME THEY ARE ASSIGNED TO THE UNIT

Availability:

Applications for apartment homes will be accepted on a first come first served basis and are subject to the availability of the apartment type requested.  Rental rates are subject to change without notice.

Rental Applications:

An application for residency must be completed and maintained for each legal adult prospective resident who will be living in the apartment or contributing to the payment of rent.  Any false information will constitute for grounds for rejection of application and the lease will be nullified. All occupants must be listed at the time of application.  Each person must complete an application and will jointly qualify for the apartment.  Each is fully responsible for the entire rental payment, and each must execute the lease agreement and its supporting documents.

Application and Reservation Fee:

We require a non-refundable application fee at the time of application.  A reservation fee is also due at the time of applying for an apartment.  Please contact the property for the amount of the application fee, the amount of the reservation fee and details.

Occupancy Standards:

Occupancy standards must comply with Federal, State, and Local fair housing and civil rights laws, landlord-tenant laws, and zoning restrictions. The following standards should be used solely as guidelines:
